Pale straw-yellow colour. The bouquet is a mild and harmonious perfume of citrus and ripe stone fruits accompanied by a delicate minerality that adds depth. On the palate, it’s light and complex at the same time, with a slight floral character and yeast-related aromas that enrich the mouthfeel and leave a pleasant and long aftertaste.

Winemaking: Spontaneously fermented in stainless steel tanks and they are then removed from alcohol through a gentle membrane dealcoholization technology that doesn't alter the quality of the wines and preserves their original colour, structure and aromas. Thanks to that we don't need to add to our wines any artificial colours or flavours.
