- Same day if order is placed by 11 AM MST.
- You may request delivery date (Monday-Saturday only)
- Our local delivery service runs Monday - Saturday only, we do not deliver on Sundays or statutory holidays.
- Gifts are delivered by our local delivery team.
- If recipient is not home, the gift will be left at the front door or somewhere safe on the property.
Apartments and Condos
If we are delivering to a condo or apartment, we will always contact the recipient in advance to confirm our delivery driver can access the building on delivery day. Please leave a contact phone number or special instructions during check out.

What is FLAT RATE SHIPPING? 1-8 Business Days, depending on the destination of your gift. Shipping couriers include FedEx, Purolator, UPS, Canpar, ICS and Canada Post.
Where is my gift shipped from? We ship all our gifts from our warehouse in Edmonton, AB.
Can I get same day delivery? Yes! If your recipient is in the Edmonton, St. Albert or Sherwood Park area, our local delivery service will deliver same day if ordered before 11AM, Monday-Saturday.
It is past 11 AM, can I still get it delivered today? Yes, we offer rush service, please contact our team and we will arrange rush delivery.
